Do you arrive at the same specified time every visit?

Yes, we do. We arrive at the same time each visit, and generally show up five to ten minutes early to gather our supplies. In the rare event that we are going to be more than two minutes late, we will be in touch with you immediately.

Do you offer fridge and oven cleaning?

Yes, we do offer fridge and oven cleaning for an additional fee. Due to the added time it will take, these services must be planned and booked ahead of time (48 hours or more).

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, although damages are rare, the nature of the work makes damages inevitable. Crawford Cleaning Services believes it is necessary to be covered for those unexpected incidents. We know our insurance provider personally and would be happy to provide you with the policy number as proof of coverage. 


Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

Yes, absolutely! We bring everything we need to do the job. We bring a commercial grade HEPA filtration vacuum, mop, cloths, and cleaning products. You don't need to worry about a single thing. We've got you covered!

Are your cleaning methods green and EcoLogo Certified?


Yes! All of our products are made by Dustbane right here in Ottawa. We use only Dustbane products that are EcoLogo certified. We believe cleaning shouldn't come at the price of the environment or decreased air quality in your home. EcoLogo products are ideal for anyone who suffers from allergies and sensitivities to strong smells.  

Do you work in teams or independently?

All cleans are done by the same employee each visit. When employee turnovers occur, we are continually able to deliver the same superior quality of service. Our 50 point checklist ensures the same quality in each home at each visit.  

Is your work guaranteed? 

Yes, absolutely! We're not happy until you are. Our signature 50 point checklist not only allows you to see what was cleaned during our latest visit, but it also activates the satisfaction guarantee. All items ticked off as "completed" qualify for a re-clean if you are dissatisfied for any reason, just be sure to let us know within 24-hours. 

How do you accept payment?

Payment is accepted by pre-authorized credit card or cheque only. Credit cards are charged the evening of the day the cleaning happens, and a receipt is emailed to you. For payment by cheque, we require the cheque be left on the kitchen counter in a sealed envelope for a member of our team to collect.
